Theoretical weight:
QU100: The theoretical weight per meter is about 89.05kg.
QU120: The theoretical weight per meter is about 118.5kg. QU120 is heavier and requires more professional equipment and technicians to operate during installation and laying.
Carrying capacity:
QU100: It is suitable for cranes with general lifting weights and working levels that are not particularly high, and can meet the operating requirements of cranes in most conventional industrial sites.
QU120: Due to its larger size and weight, it has higher load-bearing capacity and bending strength. It is suitable for large and heavy cranes, such as large port cranes, heavy metallurgical cranes, etc. It can withstand the greater stress and impact force generated by the crane during heavy-load operation and frequent starting and braking.
Application scenarios:
QU100: Commonly used for crane rails in general factory workshops, logistics warehouses and other places, where the crane lifting weight and frequency of use are relatively moderate.

Production process:
QU100: The production difficulty is relatively small, the requirements for rolling, straightening and other process links are relatively low, the production efficiency is high, and the cost is relatively low.
QU120: Due to its large cross-sectional size and heavy weight, its deformation law is quite different from that of conventional varieties. During the production process, it is necessary to carry out more precise control and adjustment of multiple processes such as heating, steel turning, pre-bending, straightening, and sawing. The production is difficult and has higher requirements on production equipment and process technology.
