To guarantee the proper use of railway accessories, regular maintenance of the railway fishplate is essential to enhance quality and prevent accidents.
- Ensure that bolts are securely fastened, and there are no wounds or cracks on the assembly device of the railway fishplate.
- Check for any wounds or cracks on each connected rod or out-lock device. The rod body should be free from grinding or corrosion, and the abrasion pin hole should be less than 1mm with good insulation.
- Verify that all iron rods' connections have good insulation, and the insulation link between the out-lock iron and gauge rod is in good condition. In uninsulated situations, maintain a 3mm gap without intrusion into other parts, ensuring well-fastened bolts.
- Inspect the switch machine's shell for any cracks when assembling the railway fishplate. The installation should be secure, ensuring a firm lock condition.
- Guarantee the oil tank circuit's good protection, free from damage or burial by ballasts or other debris.
