As an important national infrastructure, the safety and stability of railways are of vital importance. Among the many components of railway tracks, fastener systems play an indispensable role. SKL railway fastener systems are widely used in the field of railway construction around the world with their excellent performance and reliable quality. Today, let's take a deeper look at the classification of SKL railway fastener systems.

SKL railway fastener systems are mainly used to fasten rails and railway sleepers. Their core function is to maintain the track gauge and prevent the rails from moving vertically and horizontally relative to the sleepers. A complete set of SKL railway fastener systems usually consists of SKL spring bars, spiral spikes, flat washers, plastic sleeves, guide plates, and rail pads. According to different designs and application scenarios, SKL railway fastener systems can be divided into many types, among which the more common ones are SKL 3, SKL 12, and SKL 14.

SKL 3 fastener system has a compact structure and is easy to install. It is widely used in some railway branch lines or light rail projects with high space requirements. It can effectively adapt to smaller installation spaces while ensuring the fastening effect of the rails, providing reliable protection for the stable operation of the track.

SKL 12 type is usually used in ballastless tracks and belongs to the sleeper track plate separated concrete shoulder fastener system. The main structural features of this system make it perform well in this special track form of ballastless track. It can well adapt to the mechanical characteristics of ballastless track and provide stable support for the smooth operation of high-speed trains. The materials used, such as 60Si2CrA, have high strength and good elasticity, and can maintain stable performance under long-term train loads.

SKL 14 is also strict in material selection, such as using high-quality steel such as 60Si2CrA, 38Si7, and different grades of steel such as Q235 with grade 4.6, 35# with grade 5.6, and 45# Q235 with grade 8.8, with plastic sleeves and rail pads made of materials such as HDPE, reinforced nylon 66 (PA66), EVA or rubber, so that it has good mechanical properties and insulation properties. This type of fastener system is used in a variety of railway scenarios, especially on trunk railways with high requirements for track stability and insulation.

Although different types of SKL railway fastener systems differ in specific structures and application scenarios, they all have the characteristics of reliable connection, simple structure, elasticity, shock absorption and insulation. They fully play the role of buffering and absorbing the impact force of trains on rails in railway tracks, meeting the railway's requirements for sufficient strength, durability and a certain degree of elasticity. Especially with the development of high-speed railways and the improvement of railway safety, these characteristics of SKL railway fastener systems are particularly important.
