The use of GB crane rails requires multiple links. The following are its specific steps and key points:
Preliminary preparation
Check the rails: Check the appearance of the rails to see if there are cracks, scars, deformation and other defects, and measure the size of the rails to ensure that they meet the GB standard and the design requirements of the crane.
Prepare installation tools: Prepare the tools required for installation, such as cranes, wrenches, screwdrivers, levels, measuring rulers, etc., as well as accessories such as bolts, nuts, and gaskets for fixing the rails.
Clean the installation site: Clean the site where the crane rails are installed to ensure that the ground is flat and free of debris, and remove impurities such as oil and dust that may affect the installation quality.
Install the rails
Positioning and laying out: According to the design drawings of the crane, use measuring tools to accurately lay out the installation position line of the rails at the installation site, determine the center line and end point position of the rails, and mark them.
Laying pads: Pads are laid on the ground or foundation at a certain interval. The function of the pads is to adjust the height and levelness of the track, increase the contact area between the track and the foundation, and disperse the pressure. The pads should be placed stably and fit closely with the foundation surface.
Installing rails: Use a crane to lift the rails to the installation location and place them according to the pre-placed lines. The connection between rails is usually connected by fishplates. The fishplates are placed at the connection of the rails and tightened with bolts and nuts. During the tightening process, ensure that the tightening torque of the bolts meets the requirements and that the tightening degree of each bolt is uniform.
Adjusting the track: During the installation process, use a level and a measuring ruler to measure and adjust the levelness and straightness of the rails. The horizontal deviation of the rails should be controlled within the specified range, and the horizontal deviation per meter length is usually required not to exceed a certain value. For straightness, it is necessary to ensure that the bending degree of the rails throughout the entire length meets the standard. If there is a deviation, it can be solved by adjusting the pads or making appropriate corrections to the rails.
Install the crane
Install the crane bridge: After the track is installed and accepted, install the crane bridge on the track. The installation of the bridge must be carried out strictly in accordance with the installation instructions of the crane to ensure that all parts of the bridge are installed correctly and connected firmly.
Install the operating mechanism: Install the crane's operating mechanism on the bridge and connect it to the track. The operating mechanism includes wheels, drive devices, brake devices, etc. During installation, ensure that the wheels are in good contact with the track and the performance of the drive device and brake device is reliable.
Debug the crane: After the installation of the crane is completed, debug the crane. The debugging content includes checking whether the crane runs smoothly, whether there is jamming or gnawing between the wheels and the track, whether the brake device is sensitive and effective, and whether various safety protection devices are working properly.
