GB heavy rail packaging and delivery process generally includes the following steps:
Packaging preparation
Packaging material procurement: According to the specifications, quantity and transportation requirements of the heavy rail, purchase suitable packaging materials, such as steel belts, steel wire ropes, anti-rust paper, plastic film, etc. Ensure that the quality of the packaging materials meets the relevant standards and has sufficient strength and protective performance.
Packaging site cleaning: Clean the packaging site to ensure that the site is clean and tidy, without debris and sharp objects, so as not to damage the surface of the heavy rail during the packaging process. At the same time, prepare the tools required for packaging, such as steel belt balers, wire rope clamps, etc.
Heavy rail packaging
Oil anti-rust: Before packaging, the heavy rail is first oiled and a layer of anti-rust oil is evenly applied on its surface to prevent the heavy rail from rusting during storage and transportation.
End protection: For the ends of the heavy rails, special plastic end caps or wooden corner guards can be used to protect them to prevent the ends from being damaged by collisions during handling and transportation.

Bundling and packaging:
Steel strapping: Steel strapping is usually used to bundle heavy rails in a certain quantity and manner. Generally, a steel strap is set at a certain length (such as 2-3 meters) to ensure that the heavy rails are firmly bundled. The tightness of the steel strap should be moderate. Too loose may cause the heavy rails to shake during transportation, and too tight may damage the surface of the heavy rails.
Wire rope bundling: For some heavier or longer heavy rails, steel wire ropes may be used for bundling. Steel wire ropes have higher strength and can withstand greater tension. When using steel wire ropes for bundling, pay attention to padding soft materials such as rubber pads or linen at the contact point between the steel wire rope and the heavy rail to prevent the steel wire rope from wearing the surface of the heavy rail.
Other packaging: According to needs, after the heavy rails are bundled, they can also be wrapped with anti-rust paper or plastic film to further prevent moisture and dust from eroding the heavy rails.

Identification and marking
Product identification: The product specifications, models, length, weight, production batch, implementation standards and other information should be clearly marked on the heavy rail packaging for easy identification and traceability. Identification can be done by printing, sticking labels or hanging signs to ensure that the identification content is clear, wear-resistant, and not easy to fade or fall off.
Transportation marking: Mark the precautions during transportation, such as warning signs such as "center of gravity", "upward", "handle with care", as well as information such as the receiving unit and the shipping unit, to facilitate the operation of transportation and loading and unloading personnel.
Preparation for shipment
Cargo acceptance: Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the packaged heavy rails to check whether the packaging is intact, whether the markings are clear and accurate, and whether the quantity and specifications of the heavy rails are consistent with the shipping list. At the same time, conduct random inspections on the quality of the heavy rails to ensure that the products meet GB standards and customer requirements.
Transportation arrangements: Select appropriate means of transportation, such as trains, cars, ships, etc., according to the quantity, destination and mode of transportation of the heavy rails. Sign a transportation contract with the transportation company to clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, including transportation time, transportation route, loading and unloading requirements, insurance and other matters.
Handling procedures: Prepare relevant shipping procedures, such as shipping lists, quality inspection reports, transportation licenses, etc. Send these documents with the goods, or send them to customers in advance as required by customers, so that customers can inspect and handle relevant procedures when receiving the goods.
Loading and transportation
Loading operation: When loading, use professional loading and unloading equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, etc., and operate in accordance with the operating procedures to ensure that the heavy rails are safely and smoothly loaded onto the transport vehicle. During the loading process, pay attention to the order and method of placing the heavy rails to avoid mutual squeezing or collision of the heavy rails. At the same time, ensure the balance of the center of gravity of the vehicle to prevent accidents such as rollover during transportation.
Fixation and protection: After loading, the heavy rails must be further fixed and protected. Ropes, chains, etc. can be used to fix the heavy rails to the vehicle to prevent the heavy rails from moving during transportation. For long-distance transportation or poor road conditions, canvas or plastic cloth can also be covered on the surface of the heavy rails to prevent rain, dust, etc. from polluting and damaging the heavy rails.
Transportation monitoring: During transportation, the location and driving status of the transport vehicle should be tracked in real time through the GPS positioning system or other monitoring means to ensure that the goods arrive at the destination on time and safely. At the same time, keep in close contact with the transport driver, promptly understand the problems that arise during transportation, and take appropriate measures to solve them.

Unloading and delivery
Unloading operation: After the goods arrive at the destination, they are unloaded at the designated location according to customer requirements or contractual agreements. When unloading, professional loading and unloading equipment should also be used to carefully unload the heavy rails from the means of transport to avoid damage to the heavy rails.
Goods delivery: Hand over the goods with the customer or the consiGNEE RAILWAY, and both parties jointly inspect the quantity, specifications, packaging, etc. of the goods. After the acceptance is qualified, the consiGNEE RAILWAY signs and confirms on the delivery list to complete the delivery procedures of the goods. At the same time, the relevant quality inspection reports, delivery documents, etc. are handed over to the consiGNEE RAILWAY.
During the entire GB heavy rail packaging and delivery process, GNEE RAILWAY RAILWAY strictly abides by relevant standards and specifications to ensure the packaging quality and transportation safety of the heavy rail to meet customer needs.
