Treating Rail Gnawing: If the crane is found to have rail gnawing, the cause should be analyzed and handled in time. Rail gnawing may be caused by non-parallel rail installation, wheel installation deviation, crane center of gravity offset, etc. Take corresponding adjustment measures for different reasons, such as adjusting the horizontality and straightness of the rail, correcting the installation position of the wheel, adjusting the center of gravity of the crane, etc.

Repair of rail deformation: When the rail is deformed, such as bending, twisting, etc., different repair methods can be adopted according to the degree and cause of deformation. For smaller deformations, mechanical correction methods can be used, such as using jacks, presses and other equipment to correct the rails. For larger deformations or situations that cannot be repaired by mechanical correction, the damaged rail section may need to be replaced.
Crack treatment: If cracks are found on the surface of the rail, the crane should be stopped immediately and the cracks should be evaluated. For shallow surface cracks, grinding can be used to remove the cracks, but make sure that the size of the rail after grinding meets the requirements. For deeper cracks or internal cracks, the rails should be replaced in time to prevent crack expansion and cause safety accidents.
