In the GB rail system, QU crane rails are special tracks designed for heavy lifting equipment. Their models are named after the rail head width (e.g., QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120), complying with GB/T 3426-2015. They are widely used in port gantry cranes (200-400 ton class), mine overhead cranes, and heavy machinery workshops. GNEE RAIL produces crane rails strictly in accordance with GB standards, using high-quality steels such as U71Mn and U75V. With a rail head width of 70mm and a unit weight of 52.77kg/m, it is suitable for 50-100 ton class gantry cranes, commonly used in small and medium-sized ports and factory workshops.
Material: GNEE RAIL produces QU70 crane rails using U71Mn manganese steel, with a tensile strength of ≥880MPa and a rail head hardness of 260-300HBW. The surface wear resistance is enhanced through full-length heat treatment, and the measured maintenance cycle at Ningbo Port reaches 36 months.

With a rail head width of 80mm and a unit weight of 64.41kg/m, it is applicable to 100-200 ton class lifting equipment, such as container yards and mine transfer stations.
Material: GNEE RAIL adopts U71Mn + vanadium microalloying technology in producing QU80 crane rails, with a rail head hardened layer depth of ≥6mm, improving deformation resistance by 20%.

With a rail head width of 100mm and a unit weight of 89.05kg/m, it is specially designed for 200-300 ton class heavy gantry cranes, such as large shipyards and steel plants.
Performance data: The QU100 crane rails produced by GNEE RAIL have a measured tensile strength of 950MPa, with rail head wear resistance improved by 40% compared to ordinary materials, which can significantly reduce maintenance costs.

With a rail head width of 120mm and a unit weight of 118.5kg/m, it is the first choice for 400 ton class ultra-heavy equipment, such as nuclear power projects and large ports.
Material upgrade: GNEE RAIL's QU120 crane rails adopt U71Mn alloy steel + full-length quenching process, with a rail head hardness of 320-360HBW, and the fatigue life is improved by 50%.
