What Is SKL21 Rail Clip?

The SKL21 rail clip is a type of elastic fastening system, commonly used in high-speed and conventional ballasted railway tracks, made from high-performance spring steel to provide a high clamping force and elasticity. It is part of the W21 fastening system and is designed for durability, corrosion resistance, and high-speed applications up to 300 km/h.

• Elastic fastening system: It is an elastic clip used to fasten rails to sleepers (including concrete sleepers).

• Material: It is made from high-quality spring steel, such as 60Si2CrA, which provides high tensile strength, durability, and fatigue resistance.
