1. Sleeper road transportation should use vehicles with fixed frames, transport vehicles should be adapted to the size of sleepers, the number of loading layers is not more than 6 layers, and should be tied firmly after loading to prevent displacement during transportation.
2. Sleeper railway transportation should be loaded according to the loading plan approved by the railway department.
3. When loading, plug two triangular wedges between each stack of sleepers to prevent collision and damage during sleeper transportation.
4. The carrying sleeper should comply with the following regulations:
(1) One concrete pillow should be carried by 4 people; Bridge pillows, fork pillows, etc. should increase the number of carrying personnel.
(2) When lifting and transporting the sleeper, the hanging pillow should be firm, the lifting and transportation should be stable, and the pace of placement should be consistent.
(3) Single wooden pillows should have a fixed person on the shoulders. When arriving at the designated place to place, the wooden pillow should be first put on the ground, so that the wooden pillow is erect, and then put down, should not shrug and fall, to avoid colliding with others.
5. When unloading sleepers, it is strictly forbidden to touch, bump, fall and twist to avoid endangering equipment and personal safety.
6. Buckle accessories should not be thrown during loading and unloading to avoid injury.
