Stable force performance
The spring clips of the WJ-7 fastener system are divided into W1 type and X2 type. The W1 type spring clips can provide strong buckling pressure in general areas, and the X2 type spring clips are used in small resistance areas to meet special needs. After scientific design, when using W1 type spring clips and rubber pads, the longitudinal resistance of each set of fastener rails is not less than 9kN; under the small resistance configuration (X2 type spring clips and composite pads), it is 4.0kN±1.0kN. At the same time, after the fatigue test of 3×10⁶ load cycles, the performance of each component of the system is still stable, and the gauge expansion and the change rate of various mechanical properties are within the specified range, ensuring the reliability of long-term use.

Excellent insulation performance
The insulation block in the system is set between the spring bar and the rail, and the embedded sleeve is made of nylon material. Combined with the insulation design of the rail pad, the WJ-7 fastener system has good insulation performance, and the insulation resistance is not less than 5kΩ, which effectively prevents short circuits in the track circuit, ensures the normal operation of the train signal system, and provides reliable protection for the safe dispatching and command of the train.
