As a leading manufacturer of high-speed railway fasteners, GNEE RAIL was founded in 2008 and has 17 years of industry experience. It is able to produce various types of high-speed railway spring clips, suitable for ballasted and ballastless tracks, and can also develop unique solutions based on the specific conditions of customers.

Storage requirements for high-speed railway spring clips

In terms of storage environment, a dry and ventilated indoor warehouse should be selected to avoid direct sunlight and rain erosion. The warehouse floor needs to be treated with moisture-proof treatment, such as laying moisture-proof pads to prevent fasteners from rusting and corroding due to moisture. At the same time, the temperature and humidity in the warehouse should be controlled, the temperature should be kept at 5℃ - 35℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 60%, and it should be kept away from corrosive substances such as acids and alkalis and heat sources to reduce the impact of environmental factors on the performance of fasteners.

In terms of storage methods, fasteners should be placed in different categories and partitions, and spring clips, pads, bolts and other components should be stored separately to avoid damage caused by mutual squeezing and collision. Spring bars should be hung or laid flat in layers to prevent deformation; pads and rubber parts should not be stacked too high to prevent loss of elasticity under long-term pressure; small parts such as bolts should be stored in special containers or shelves to prevent loss.

In daily management, a complete inventory ledger should be established to record the model, quantity, storage time and other information of fasteners, and use them according to the "first in, first out" principle. Regularly check the stored fasteners to see if there is rust, deformation, aging, etc., and deal with problems in a timely manner to ensure the quality of the fasteners put into use.
