In core structure, Pandrol clips (typified by e-Clip) consist of spring steel elastic clips, rail shoulders, rail pads, and insulators. This tension, without threaded fasteners, achieves self-tensioning via spring steel's elastic deformation-ensuring long-term stable clamping force and avoiding traditional bolt loosening risks.

Between sleepers and rails: rail pads cushion vertical impacts from passing trains, reducing rigid collisions; insulators block current conduction, safeguarding electrified railways.
