The main steel types of light rail steel are ordinary quality carbon steel and low alloy steel, such as Q235B, 55Q, 45SiMnP, 50SiMnP, etc. The quality requirements of light rail are lower than those of heavy rail, and only require inspection of tensile strength, hardness and drop hammer test.
