GB Light Rail maintenance is essential to ensure its long-term stable operation, extend its service life and ensure passenger safety.
Daily maintenance is basic work. After the light rail operation is over every day, the staff will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle. The inspection content includes whether the vehicle appearance is damaged, whether the doors can be opened and closed normally, whether the interior lighting and air conditioning systems are operating well, etc. At the same time, the key components of the vehicle, such as wheels, braking systems, traction systems, etc., are inspected and maintained, lubricating oil is added, and dust on the surface of components is cleaned to ensure that the vehicle can be put into operation normally the next day.
Daily maintenance of the track should not be ignored. Patrol the track every day to check whether the track fasteners are loose and whether there are foreign objects on the track surface. Grind the track regularly to remove the wear and fatigue layer on the track surface caused by train operation, restore the surface flatness of the track, reduce the friction between the wheel and the track, reduce wear, and extend the service life of the track. At the same time, check whether the drainage system of the track is unobstructed to prevent water from corroding the track.
Regular maintenance is carried out in a more in-depth inspection and maintenance according to a certain period. For example, the vehicle is comprehensively inspected at regular intervals, including in-depth inspection and debugging of the vehicle's electrical and mechanical systems, and replacement of severely worn parts. For the track, geometric dimension inspection is carried out regularly, and the horizontality and gauge of the track are adjusted to ensure that the track meets the design standards. In addition, the light rail's power supply system, signal system and other supporting facilities are also regularly maintained to check the operating status of the equipment, replace aging electrical components, and ensure the normal operation of the system.
In the maintenance process, we also focus on the use of advanced technical means. For example, using intelligent monitoring equipment to monitor the operating status of vehicles and tracks in real time, and through data analysis to discover potential faults in advance, and achieve preventive maintenance. At the same time, establish a complete maintenance record file, and record the content, time, personnel, problems found and handling results of each maintenance in detail, to provide a reference basis for subsequent maintenance work, continuously optimize maintenance strategies, and improve the maintenance level of light rail.
