The Fast railway fastener system consists of several key components, each of which performs its own function and jointly ensures the safe and stable operation of railway tracks.

The spring clip is the core of the system. It is usually made of high-strength spring steel. After special processing, it has strong buckling pressure and good elasticity. It tightly buckles the rails, like a "guardian", to prevent the rails from shifting during train operation, maintain the track gauge accurately, and resist high-frequency vibration and impact.

The toe insulator is generally made of engineering plastics. It can not only assist the spring bar to fix the rails and accurately maintain the track gauge, but also has good electrical insulation performance, which can effectively prevent current leakage and ensure the safety of the electrified railway power supply system.

The rail pad is mostly made of rubber or polymer material, placed between the rails and the sleepers, like a "buffer", which can absorb the huge impact energy generated by the train operation, reduce the rigid contact between the rails and the sleepers, reduce wear, and extend the service life of the track components. At the same time, it can also play a certain role in noise reduction.

The rail shoulder is an important support for the role of clamping parts such as spring clips. The spring clip exerts pressure on the rail shoulder to generate clamping pressure to firmly fix the rail on the sleeper. Good rail shoulder design and condition can ensure that the spring clip provides stable clamping pressure, prevent the rail from lateral or longitudinal displacement, maintain accurate track gauge, and make train operation safer. If the rail shoulder is damaged or deformed, the spring clip clamping pressure will be affected, the rail stability will be reduced, and the risk of derailment will increase.

The side insulator works with the gauge baffle, spring bar and other components to help maintain the gauge stability and prevent the lateral displacement of the rails through precise dimensional design. In the daily maintenance of the track, the presence of the side insulator also makes it easier for the staff to quickly check and judge the electrical insulation status between the rails and the sleepers, thus improving the maintenance efficiency.

Bolts, as connecting parts, are responsible for firmly fixing the spring bars, insulating gauge blocks, rail pads and other components, ensuring the stability of the entire system structure and not easy to loosen even when trains pass frequently. These components work together to form the Fast railway fastener system with reliable performance.
