I. Specification parameter comparison
From the basic parameters, the 24KG light rail has a rail height of 107mm, a head width of 51mm, a waist thickness of 10.9mm, and a theoretical weight of 24.46kg/m; while the 22KG light rail is usually slightly smaller than the 24KG light rail in size, and its key dimensions such as rail height and waist thickness are relatively thin, and the overall weight is lighter. These parameter differences directly determine the difference in mechanical properties between the two. The larger size of the 24KG light rail gives it a larger cross-sectional area, which can disperse more pressure when subjected to external forces; while the 22KG light rail is relatively weak in mechanical properties due to its own specification limitations.

II. Difference in load-bearing capacity
The 24KG light rail has a significantly stronger load-bearing capacity due to its specification advantages. In industrial plants, 24KG light rails are often used for 5-10 ton crane and overhead crane tracks. They can stably support the static and dynamic loads generated by the equipment during operation, and maintain good structural stability even during frequent lifting and braking. In contrast, the 22KG light rail has a lower upper load limit and is more suitable for carrying light transportation equipment of about 3-8 tons.

III. Comparison of applicable scenarios
Due to different load-bearing capacities, the applicable scenarios of the two also have different focuses. The 24KG light rail is suitable for places with complex environments and large transportation loads such as mines and large construction sites. In mines, vehicles transporting ore have large loads and travel frequently. The 24KG light rail can withstand such high-intensity use and ensure the stable operation of the transportation line. The 22KG light rail is mostly used in scenarios with low load requirements.

IV. Maintenance cost and service life
The 24KG light rail has a stable structure and good wear resistance. Under normal maintenance, it has a long service life of 5-8 years. Daily maintenance mainly focuses on routine work such as track cleaning and bolt tightening, and the maintenance cost is relatively low. Due to the limited carrying capacity and relatively thin structure of the 22KG light rail, it wears faster under the same use intensity. The service life is generally 3-5 years, and it may be necessary to check the deformation and wear of the track more frequently. The maintenance cost and replacement frequency are relatively high.
