Component composition: It is an elastic split type non-shoulder and non-bolt fastener, consisting of spring clips (with insulating caps), insulating gauge blocks, rubber pads and embedded iron seats. The spring clips are divided into two types: conventional buckle pressure spring clips FC1504 and small buckle pressure spring clips FC1306. The insulating gauge blocks are divided into 8 specifications from No. 7 to No. 14 according to the thickness of the side edge against the bottom of the rail. The stiffness of the rubber pad is 65kN/mm, and the upper and lower surfaces are round nail-shaped.
